This may not be for the majority of you, but diversity and all that. State of Shock are a hard rock melodic group from Canada (home of good music indeed except Nickleback), and the kind of music isn't something i would normally listen too, but i have been drawn to this band after hearing the song Money Honey (video below). They've been going around Canada the traditional way of picking up popularity by touring and building up grassroot fans, which is ace instead of being thrusted into the spotlight by some money-grabbing, souless multinational record company.

I find it funny that you say "Canada (home of good music indeed except Nickleback)." First off, I just love all music as long as I enjoy the song, and I will say that some of Nickleback's songs are horrible, but "Money Honey" by State of Shock was made with the help of Nickleback and the band also had a lot of influence on State of Shock's music. For god's sake State of Shock toured with Nickleback... lol
